UFC President Dana White is currently in Melbourne, Australia with Ronda Rousey and Holly Holm to promote UFC 193, but upon landing in Oz, he was alerted by distressing news.
As you’ve probably heard, the Nevada Athletics Commission (NAC) have issued Nick Diaz a borderline ludicrous suspension of five years following testing positive for marijuana metabolites from the UFC 183 drugs testing.
This morning, White responded to a fan’s Twitter request to give his thoughts on the Diaz controversy, and he made it a point to separate himself from the NAC’s decision making.
@RissyCrozay what I think isn’t important. I have no say in the matter. They don’t give a shit what I think. People who know MMA know that

However brief and brutally honest it may be, he’s the first major UFC figure to publicly offer any comment on the matter. It was rumored yesterday that the UFC and Zuffa will not be disclosing any official comments upon the suspension at current.
