Update: TMZ are reporting that they have spoken with UFC President Dana White and that Conor McGregor is not back on UFC 200
ESPN’s Brett Okamoto tweeted the UFC’s response:
OFFICIAL UFC RESPONSE: "The tweet is not accurate."

Conor McGregor tweeted moments ago saying that he is back on UFC 200 presumably against Nate Diaz.
“Happy to announce that I am BACK on UFC 200! Shout out to Dana White and Lorenzo Fertitta on getting this one done for the fans. #Respect” – McGregor
Happy to announce that I am BACK on UFC 200!

Although UFC president Dana White repeatedly ruled out McGregor getting back on the card at the ticket sale Press Conference last week, many fans and media still felt that the door was still open and unless we are in the midst of more Twitter games between McGregor and UFC brass then this seemingly has proven that theory correct, although the UFC have yet to confirm the news.
Reached out to UFC officials on Conor's tweet. Nothing back yet.

Fertitta and White sure don’t like being made to look like fools. They KNOW the
fans want only to see McGregor/Diaz, and they KNOW the fighters have all
the negotiating power……and they can’t stand it. They are
desperately trying to think of a way that they can have McGregor/Diaz
fight without looking like they bowed to their threats.
