Brian Moore vs. Daniel Weichel set for Bellator 169

There’s a change of plan on the upcoming Bammator card. Having been originally scheduled to fight on the Bamma section of the card, Wexfordman Brian Moore will now fight on the Bellator section against Daniel Weichel. Initially, Weichel was scheduled to meet Paul Redmond but the Dubliner was forced to pull out with an elbow injury.

Moore announced the fight on his Facebook and we later confirmed the news with Bellator.

Moore’s Facebook post read:

“Very happy to announce I have signed a contract with Bellator MMA.

I have been grinding for years to fight at the top level and in 4 weeks I will show the world what I am made of.
I will take on former Bellator title contender Daniel Wiechel in the 3arena, Dublin on BAMMA 27 / Bellator 169.
