Bellator MMA confirmed to SevereMMA on Thursday night that Ireland’s Charlie Ward will fight on the upcoming Bellator 200 event. The SBG man will take on Louis King in a preliminary bout of the May 25th event which takes place at the SSE Wembley Arena in London, England. The fight will be contested at middleweight.
King is 1-1 as a pro with his loss coming against highly touted prospect Fabian Edwards in December.
Ward meanwhile holds a 4-3 record having beaten Irish veteran John Redmond last year in his Bellator debut following a 2-fight stint in the UFC.
The bout will take place on the preliminary section of what’s looking like a stacked event.
