Sources close to the fight have revealed to Severe MMA that undefeated British prospect Fabian Edwards (4-0) will face Italian Claudio Conti (7-4-2) in a middleweight bout at BAMMA 35.
Our sources revealed that the bout may serve as the main event although this isn’t confirmed at this time.
Fabian is the brother of ranked UFC welterweight Leon Edwards and amassed a perfect 10-0 amateur record before turning professional in May 2017.
Conti has been a professional since 2011 and has recently started training out of SBG Ireland.
Yesterday BAMMA announced that undefeated Irishman Kiefer Crosbie (3-0) will take on Britain’s Josh Plant (2-1) in a welterweight clash in the co-main event.
BAMMA 35 takes place at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland on 12th May 2018.
