Former UFC light-heavyweight champion Jon Jones was back in court today as he answered charges in the latest version of what’s becoming a litany of recent incidents with his vehicle.
This time, Jones was in court after he was pulled over by a police officer last week for allegedly drag racing another car.
After telling the world about the incident on The MMA Hour on Monday, the judge in Jones’ previous case decided the incident was a breech of his parole and Jones handed himself into the law on Tuesday. He has been in custody every since.
ESPN’s Brett Okamoto was live tweeting the hearing today and detailed all the information.
State asking for Jones to complete driver course, anger management, 60 hours community service and curfew. Defense will contest curfew.
